By approving an estimate, submitting a signup form, or paying an invoice, the client (“Customer”) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions for all services provided by Lawn Check (“Company”).

# 1. GENERAL SERVICE AGREEMENT
All services are performed according to the estimate, proposal, or service plan issued to the customer.
Submission of a form, approval of an estimate, or payment constitutes agreement to these Terms.
We reserve the right to adjust schedules, crews, equipment, or service methods as necessary to complete work safely and efficiently.

# 2. PAYMENT TERMS
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
Recurring services are billed automatically on a monthly basis.
Late payments may result in:
• Service suspension
• Late fees
• Removal from the schedule
• Collections action after 30 days

# 3. PROPERTY ACCESS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers agree to:
• Provide clear access to service areas
• Remove obstacles (toys, hoses, furniture, vehicles, etc.)
• Secure pets during service
• Mark underground hazards (irrigation, wires, invisible fencing, etc.)
We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or hidden obstacles.

# MONTHLY MAINTENANCE TERMS
## 4. SERVICE SCHEDULE
Monthly Maintenance includes recurring lawn care during the growing season.
Exact service day is not guaranteed. Visits may shift due to weather, growth rate, crew routing, or safety conditions.
Rain delays may adjust service timing.

## 5. PRICING STRUCTURE
Monthly pricing reflects the seasonal total divided into equal payments.
Skipping visits does not reduce the monthly rate, as pricing reflects seasonal averaging and reserved scheduling capacity.

## 6. TURF & PROPERTY CONDITIONS
We maintain lawn appearance but do not guarantee biological outcomes.
We are not responsible for:
• Lawn disease, fungus, or pest damage
• Drought or excessive rain impacts
• Soil or drainage issues
• Wildlife or animal damage

# MONTHLY MAINTENANCE ADD-ONS
## 7. OPTIONAL ADD-ON SERVICES
Add-ons are **not included** in the base monthly rate unless stated in writing.
Examples include:
• Shrub trimming or pruning
• Bed edging
• Mulch installation
• Seasonal cleanups
• Treatments or fertilization
• Extra leaf removal
• Storm debris cleanup

## 8. ADD-ON PRICING & APPROVAL
Add-ons may be billed:
• Flat rate
• Hourly/project rate
• Added to the next invoice cycle
Approval via email, text, estimate approval, or verbal confirmation constitutes authorization to perform and bill the work.

## 9. ADD-ON SCHEDULING
Add-ons are scheduled based on crew availability, weather, materials, and seasonal workload.
Same-day completion is not guaranteed.

## 10. MATERIAL-BASED ADD-ONS
Natural materials vary in color, texture, and settling behavior.
Supplier delays may affect scheduling.

## 11. RECURRING ADD-ONS
Some add-ons may be placed on recurring billing and remain active until cancelled in writing.

## 12. EXTRA WORK REQUESTED ON SITE
If additional work is requested while crews are present:
• It may be completed if time allows
• It will be billed at our standard add-on rate
• Future scheduling priority is not guaranteed
All work performed is considered authorized unless declined before completion.

# SNOWGUARD TERMS
## 13. WEATHER RESPONSE
SnowGuard includes plowing, salting, sanding, or clearing per your agreement.
Timing and frequency are determined by snowfall totals, temperature, and storm conditions.
Our goal is safe accessibility, not cosmetic perfection during storms.

## 14. SLIP & ICE DISCLAIMER
Even after service, surfaces may remain slippery due to refreezing, black ice, drifting snow, or ongoing precipitation.
The customer remains responsible for monitoring site safety between visits.

## 15. OBSTRUCTIONS
We are not responsible for blocked areas due to vehicles, dumpsters, or equipment.
Return visits may incur additional charges.

# SITE WORKS TERMS
## 16. PROJECT SCOPE
Site Works includes landscape and hardscape construction such as:
• Patios, pavers, and walkways
• Retaining walls and block structures
• Drainage installations
• Excavation and base preparation
• Grading related to construction
• Outdoor structural landscaping features
Work is completed according to the approved estimate and observed site conditions.

## 17. DEPOSITS & PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Construction projects may require:
• A deposit to secure scheduling and materials
• Progress payments for multi-day work
• Final payment upon completion
Materials ordered for a project are non-refundable once purchased.

## 18. SITE CONDITIONS & UNFORESEEN ISSUES
Additional charges may apply if we encounter:
• Buried debris or structures
• Poor soil or unstable base
• Drainage failures or groundwater issues
• Hidden utilities or unmarked lines
• Access limitations
We will communicate adjustments when feasible before proceeding.

## 19. UTILITY LOCATION RESPONSIBILITY
Customers must identify and mark private underground systems such as irrigation, invisible fencing, private wiring, septic components, or drains.
We will contact public utility marking services when required but are not liable for undisclosed private systems.

## 20. MATERIAL VARIATION
Hardscape materials may vary in tone, texture, or batch consistency.
Efflorescence, minor settling, or joint movement are normal and not defects.

## 21. SETTLING & DRAINAGE DISCLAIMER
Installations follow industry-standard base preparation and compaction methods.
We are not responsible for settlement caused by pre-existing soil movement, drainage unrelated to our work, extreme weather, or vehicle loads beyond intended use.

## 22. CUSTOMER MODIFICATIONS AFTER INSTALLATION
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
• Other contractors altering the work
• Installation of structures on finished surfaces
• Changes to drainage patterns
• Heavy equipment driven over installations

## 23. PROJECT TIMELINES
Construction timelines are estimates and may shift due to weather, material availability, inspections, or site complications.
Quality installation takes priority over speed.

## 24. FINAL ACCEPTANCE
Upon completion, walkthrough, or customer use of the area, the project is considered accepted unless concerns are reported within 48 hours.

# LIABILITY & ADMINISTRATIVE TERMS
## 25. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for:
• Pre-existing property damage
• Underground systems not disclosed or marked
• Weather-related outcomes
• Acts of nature
Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service.

## 26. CANCELLATION POLICY
Recurring services require written notice for cancellation.
Pre-scheduled or material-based work may incur cancellation fees if labor or materials have already been allocated.

## 27. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By submitting a form, approving an estimate, or making payment, the customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
