LawnCheck Landscape LLC (“LawnCheck,” “we,” “us”) provides lawn care and snow removal services in Bristol, Warren, Barrington, Riverside, Portsmouth & nearby East Bay communities. This policy explains what information we collect through lawncheckri.com and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact details you provide — name, email address, phone number, and messages you send us through our forms or by phone.
• Property information — your service address, property measurements (including estimates derived from aerial imagery and public parcel records), and the services you select.
• Usage information — basic, first-party analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, quote-builder steps reached, device size class, and referral source). We also use the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising; it sets cookies and may collect information as described in Meta’s own policies.

How we use it

• To prepare your quote, schedule and deliver service, and manage your account.
• To communicate with you by phone, text message, and email about your quote, service, scheduling, and account.
• To send occasional service offers relevant to your property. You can opt out of these at any time (see “Your choices” below).
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and services, and to measure advertising.

Text messaging

When you provide your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may text you about your quote, scheduling, and service. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers and subcontractors who support our operations — for example website hosting, data storage, email delivery, mapping and property-measurement services, field-service management, and customer service — and only for the purpose of providing our services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Retention & security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and maintain business records, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
• Use the unsubscribe option in any promotional email, or ask us directly.

Children

Our services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
