These terms govern your use of lawncheckri.com and the services of LawnCheck Landscape LLC (“LawnCheck,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or booking service, you agree to them.

Quotes & estimates

Instant quotes are prepared from the property information you provide and from property measurements, including estimates derived from aerial imagery and public records. The price we show is the price we quote for the property and services as measured and selected. If an on-site visit shows the property or scope differs materially from what was measured, we’ll confirm any change with you before work begins — you’re never surprised on an invoice.

Service plans & agreements

Plan specifics — service windows, visit schedules, coverage terms, billing amounts and dates — are stated in your service agreement or proposal, which governs your service. Where these terms and a signed agreement differ, the agreement controls.

Billing & cancellation

Plans bill as stated in your agreement. You may cancel per the terms of your agreement by contacting us at (401) 646-9786 or lawnchecklandscape@gmail.com.

Communications

When you submit a form with your contact details, you agree we may contact you by phone, text, and email about your quote, service, and account. Texting terms and your opt-out choices are described in our Privacy Policy. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.

Using the site

You agree not to misuse the site — no unauthorized access, scraping, interference, or unlawful use. The site, its content, and branding belong to LawnCheck Landscape LLC and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Disclaimers & liability

The website is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the use of the website is limited to the amount you paid us for services in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, or changes the terms of a signed service agreement.

Governing law, changes & contact
