How it works

One flat rate. Every storm handled.

One flat monthly price

You pay one predictable amount each month, billed November through March, based on the size of your driveway. No per-storm invoices, no doing math mid-storm.

Every storm handled

We plow at 2 inches or more of snowfall: every storm, all winter, on the one rate.

Big storms, two passes

When a storm buries more than 12 inches, we don't wait for it to end. We come once to keep you open, then come back and take it down to pavement, so you're never stuck.

Here's exactly how we take care of you when a Heavy Snow Event rolls in, so nothing is ever a surprise once it's snowing.

  • We come twice, so you're never stuck

On a heavy storm we clear once while it's still coming down to keep your driveway open, then return to take it down to pavement as it winds down. You can come and go the whole time.

  • Covered up to 12 inches, every storm

Your flat rate covers plowing for storms up to 12 inches of snow, which is the overwhelming majority of what the East Bay sees in a winter.

  • Over 12 inches: the Heavy Snow Event rate

A storm over 12 inches is a Heavy Snow Event: clearing the extra snow adds 25% of your monthly rate for every additional 3 inches above 12, so even a Heavy Snow Event never becomes a runaway bill. Your exact rate is written into your agreement before winter, never decided in the moment.

What a big one looks like

For example, a 36-inch Heavy Snow Event on a $99 plan would add $198 that month for the full two-pass clearing. Then your rate returns to normal for the rest of winter.

Your snowfall trigger and your exact seasonal terms are put in writing before the season starts. Storm totals are measured against the official National Weather Service record at T.F. Green Airport (PVD).

What's covered

Exactly what your flat rate covers.

No per-push billing and no guessing mid-storm. Here's what's in your monthly SnowGuard rate, and what you can add on whenever you want it.

In your flat monthly rate
  • Every qualifying storm, Nov to Mar

We plow your driveway at 2 inches or more of snowfall. Every qualifying storm up to 12″, all winter, on the one flat rate. Storms over 12″ get two passes.

  • Driveway plowed clean

Your full driveway plowed and back-dragged at the garage, with the entrance to the street opened up so the town plow doesn't box you in.

  • Walkways, steps & entrances

The path to your door and your front steps cleared so coming and going stays safe underfoot.

  • Priority routing, no phone call

Contracted drives are first on the route. You're handled before the day starts, automatically, every storm.

Add on whenever you want
  • Salting & ice control

Salt or ice melt on drives and walks to keep surfaces from glazing over. Add it to any plan.

  • Extra surfaces

A secondary walkway, side entrance, or detached space cleared alongside the main drive. Just tell us up front.

Your exact snowfall trigger, the surfaces we clear, and your seasonal terms are written into your agreement before winter starts, so nothing is a surprise once it's snowing. Storm totals are measured against the official National Weather Service record at T.F. Green Airport (PVD).
